Responsibilities:

• Support machine installation
• Responsible for Turning machine processes
• Responsible for machining trial test and new model
• Create, control and improve Turning machine processes including tooling, cutting tools, fixturing and gauging
• Perform action defect support machining
• Prepare technical specifications, mechanical data sheets, requisitions of the assigned mechanical equipment for inquiry and order
• Provide operational guidance to customers for tool designers and process engineers during the early phases of product, process and technology development
• Coordinate in analysis and corrective actions with quality team members
• Other related tasks as assigned by superiors

Qualifications:

• Male, aged 27 and above.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in turning machining processes.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English communication.
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations, including upcountry and overseas.
• A team player with the ability to multitask and adapt to diverse working environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support technical to Sales team.
• Discuss and understand customer’s technical requirement and inform sales person to select the product to offer the customer.
• Coordinate and discuss with customers for technical service and technical data.
• Do problem solving and offer solutions to customers in case of problems.
• Testing new products and present to customer.
• Well preparation and give clearly explanation when do a trial or demo at customer’s place.
• Develop products sold to customer to increase the efficiency of customer usage.
• Take information product problem form customers then analyzed to improve and develop that product and then inform manufacturer to improve and develop according to customer requirement.
• Working with Sales Manager to plan how to approach contacts and create effective plans for build up sales volume in assigned area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Production Engineer or Process Engineer.
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing and familiarity with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) processes.
• At least 2 years of experience in the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) industry.
• Excellent sales skills with a motivated, enthusiastic personality and a service-oriented mindset.
• Confident in presenting engineering solutions to customers and leading meetings.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills for liaising with international counterparts.
• Willingness to work at Bangpakong, Chachoengsao, and at customer sites.
• Open to traveling both locally and overseas for business purposes.
