The Humidity Indicator Card (HIC) is mainly applied in semiconductor, PCB, military supplies, medicine, warehouse stock and other packages. HIC is a kind of visible card. Each dot on the card points one special relative humidity degree. The dot color will change along with the RH degree from blue to pink (common cobalt-containing HIC) or brown to green (cobalt-free HIC). This changing helps decide the inside RH degree and confirm whether the desiccant should be replaced or not. The commonly-used types are 5-10-60%, 30-40-50%, and 10-60% etc. Special specification can be customized. It is usually used together with moisture barrier bag and desiccant.
